Divine Act Charitable Trust (DACT) is a Non-Governmental Organization, which is governed by an Executive Board of Trustees. The organization is based in Nigeria, with operations spread all over the country. It is registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) with registration certificate CAC/IT/NO 76131 in Nigeria. DACT has been granted Special Consultative Status with UN Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) since 2021, allowing us to engage in United Nations-system activities dealing with economic and social development.
DACT is a non-governmental and service oriented organisation which mainly aims at meeting basic needs and improving living conditions of the underserved populace. In this sense, DACT partners with other organisations and communities to empower and educate the people living in extreme poverty to meet their basic health, education and livelihood needs. We believe that all people, no matter where they live in the world, deserve dignity and justice. Most of the times women and little children are the ones who suffer the most from these problems, and they are the most desperately in need of our support. We value charity that delivers measurable sustainable change to project participants leaving them with broad lasting smiles. DACT exists to provides and supports the underserved populace to overcome both physical, environmental, livelihood and health challenges, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, creed or political affiliation.
DACT implementing project for sustainable development goals in Nigeria. The project is promoting and protecting the underserved and vulnerable children and women from contaminate with water related diseases. The project also concentration on Water and Sanitation project for the underserved communities, “to have access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene, which will lead to healthier and more successful lives for women and children in Nigeria and other neighboring communities. Clean water and sanitation is a human right.”. The project is for the protection of the underserved populace in Nigeria and to reduce the level of infectious water and sanitation related diseases in the communities.
