To execute a behavior change campaign in India, using a progressive faith-based approach, to change negative social norms around sanitation, and advocate for effective fecal sludge management, with an eye toward curbing river pollution.

To provide full package of BCC support during mass events using a variety of innovative partnerships; and use of spiritual leaders to address social norms around open defecation. The partner will also work on advocacy with state governments along the Ganges for attention to FSM and reducing river pollution.
