PROAGUA es el Programa de Agua Potable y Alcantarillado de la Cooperación Alemana en el Perú, que trabaja por encargo del Ministerio Federal de Cooperación Económica y Desarrollo de Alemania (BMZ) y tiene como contraparte al Viceministerio de Construcción, Vivienda y Saneamiento del Perú. El objetivo es el mejoramiento de la capacidad de los actores sectoriales para emplear eficientemente sus recursos con miras a un desarrollo sostenible de los servicios de agua potable y saneamiento. La asesoría de PROAGUA comprende un enfoque integral que busca coadyuvar al desarrollo sostenible del sector de saneamiento.
