Este inspirador video, producido en el marco del programa global Sanitation for Millions, aborda la importancia de la salud menstrual. A través de la voz de Fabiana, una joven de 13 años, nos invita a romper el silencio y los tabúes que rodean la menstruación.
Con una pegajosa canción que resalta la naturalidad del ciclo menstrual, el video promueve prácticas de higiene seguras. Su mensaje positivo y empoderador alienta a las mujeres y niñas a cuidar su salud sin tabúes, celebrando sus cuerpos y ciclos.
Como parte de una iniciativa global para combatir la pobreza menstrual, este video busca normalizar la conversación sobre la menstruación y animar a todas a participar. "Menstruación Sin Tabú" es una herramienta poderosa que, a través de la música como lenguaje universal, promueve la salud, la dignidad y el empoderamiento de mujeres y niñas en todo el mundo.

This inspiring video, produced as part of the global Sanitation for Millions programme, addresses the importance of menstrual health. Through the voice of 13-year-old Fabiana, it invites us to break the silence and taboos surrounding menstruation.
With a catchy song that highlights the naturalness of the menstrual cycle, the video promotes safe hygiene practices. Its positive and empowering message encourages women and girls to take care of their health without taboos, celebrating their bodies and cycles.
As part of a global initiative to combat menstrual poverty, this video seeks to normalise the conversation about menstruation and encourage everyone to participate. ‘Menstruation Without Taboo’ is a powerful tool that, through music as a universal language, promotes the health, dignity and empowerment of women and girls around the world.
