Content - Summary

The objectives of the study are i) to gain more in-depth understanding of current hygiene and sanitation project financing practices and policies and their effectiveness in helping to reach the poor; ii) to provide guidance to WSP technical staff, World Bank Task Team Leaders, and Government clients for the development of sanitation related project financing policies and practices – in the design and preparation of sanitation projects (or project components).
