2019

The first national workshop on integrated healthcare waste management & WASH in healthcare facilities in Nepal was held between the 10th and 12th December 2020 in Kathmandu, Nepal. The workshop was hosted by The Ministry of Health and Population (MoHP) together with concerned line ministries and supporting partners like GIZ, WHO, UNDP, UNICEF, WaterAid and SNV.

 

 

The fifth conference on developments in Faecal Sludge Management (FSM) will be held on 17- 22 February 2019 in Cape Town, South Africa.

The conference aimed at bringing together professionals working in the sector, including utilities, service providers, cities, governments, academics, scientists, consultants, donors and industries, to support the global initiative of disseminating sustainable solutions for FSM.

 

AfricanSan5 will be held on 18-22 February 2019 in Cape Town, South Africa. AfricaSan5 looks to further maximize value for its participants from the first four AfricaSan Conferences by increasing opportunities for collaboration and partnership between ministers and high-level political decision makers, sector specialists, media and international organizations by facilitating Africa-centric hygiene and sanitation conversations.
