We are delighted to invite you to participate in the upcoming Policy Labs series, “Urban Poor Communities and Covid-19 - New Urban WASH Priorities for South Asian Governments”, being jointly organised by the Scaling City Institutions for India (SCI-FI) initiative at the Centre for Policy Research, WaterAid, Lumanti Support Group for Shelter, and UNICEF.
The Policy Labs, scheduled to occur during November-December 2020, will bring together a diverse range of WASH-sector stakeholders to deliberate on strategies for improving WASH for urban poor communities, and in turn, unlocking the urban resilience of cities across South Asia.
We invite you to join for the first of the four Policy Labs, “Urban Poor Communities and Covid-19 – Response of Local Governments on New WASH Priorities in South Asia” which will showcase effective local government responses to tackling Covid-19 among urban poor communities in South Asia and other countries of the Global South.
