The World Toilet Summit (WTS) is an advocacy initiative of the World Toilet Organization (WTO). It is the only toilet and sanitation focused conference worldwide, with a mission to bring sanitation to the forefront of the global agenda. The international summit provides a forum to delegates, exhibitors, and sponsors to share best practices in the water, sanitation, and hygiene (WASH) sector. It is a global platform to exchange knowledge, expertise, and resources, in a bid to scale up impact and innovation in the sanitation marketplace. The first World Toilet Summit was held in 2001 in Singapore, and, since then, has been organized 19 times across 13 countries.
Hygiene, Handwashing, and Sanitation is our first line of defense against Covid19 and many other diseases. This year the WTO in partnership with the Project ECHO is hosting the VIRTUAL SUMMIT on 18th and 19th November 2020. Join us at the World Toilet Summit 2020 to solve all the Global Sanitation Crisis.
Speakers include former UN Deputy Secretary-General Jan Eliasson, UNICEF, WHO, Project Echo, Geoffrey Lipman, Ecosan Foundation, Pakistan Youth Parliament, Friendship Ambassadors Foundation, Period.org, Ethical Toys, Montage Initiatives, Nippon Foundation, The Kindness Movement, Goonj, Le Menach Foundation, ASCI, Reckitt Benckiser, We Can't-Wait...
