The TPS-IC focuses on decentralized and cen-tralized sanitation systems. Wtihin this scope the following themes are addressed:
- Terra Preta soils and fertility
- TPS systems and design
- Carbon composting of biowaste and ex-creta
- Microbiology, sanitization and lactic acid fermentation
- Greywater in TPS—Bamboo, short rota-tion plantation, constructed wetlands
- Decentralized domestic and industrial wastewater collection and treatment sys-tems
- Wastewater reclamation and reuse
- Sludge management

Deadlines:
- Feb 20, 2015 : Last date for submission of abstract
- May 31, 2015 : Notification of abstract
selection
- November 18, 2015 : Welcome reception
- November 19 - 20, 2015 : conference
- November 19, 2015 : Banquet
- November 21, 2015 : Technical tour
