Join us for the virtual launch of the policy brief, "Putting Animals on the WASH Agenda." As vulnerable populations increasingly rely on animals for survival, livelihoods, and dignity, it is crucial to consider the integral role animals play in our shared water sources. This policy brief, inspired by discussions at World Water Week 2023, provides actionable recommendations for policymakers, WASH practitioners, and researchers on addressing the intertwined risks, needs, and opportunities at the animal-human-water interface.

This event will be moderated by Sarah Dickin (Uppsala University) and will feature speakers from SIWI, FAO, SIANI at SEI, Working Animals Alliance, ILRI and SuSanA.
