SuSanA side event: Cities group meeting, New Delhi

A SuSanA Cities group meeting took place in New Delhi on Sunday 23rd March 2014. The meeting was held back-to-back to the Reinvent the Toilet Fair which was organised by the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

The SuSanA cities group meeting aims to bring international scientists together with practitioners working in the field of sanitation in India. The vibrant discussion that we hope to have during the SuSanA cities group meeting will be around the top 10 RTTC innovations as well as which innovation(s) practitioners feel will make a difference in the near future in the field.

The project database contains nearly 400 sanitation projects of many different organizations dealing with research, implementation, advocacy, capacity development etc. Advanced filtering functions and a global map are also available. Information on how and why this database was created is here.
