Short Bio
I have more than 30 years of experience as a knowledge management specialist for USAID water and sanitation projects and most recently with the University of North Carolina Water Institute. During this time, I have prepared and published research briefs, annotated bibliographies, newsletters and blog posts on a wide range of sanitation topics. I have also organized webinars and communities of practice on sanitation and worked in collaboration with Cor Dietvorst of IRC to establish the Sanitation Updates blog which was an important blog on sanitation issues.
Motivation/Commitment to the GSC
The Sustainable Sanitation Alliance is an essential network for sharing lessons learned on sanitation around the world. I believe that my experience in knowledge management and on curating and disseminating information and resources on sanitation would make an important contribution to the GSC.
