In July the WHO/UNICEF Joint Monitoring Programme for Water Supply, Sanitation and Hygiene (JMP) published its 2017 update which established baseline estimates for the new SDG global indicators and includes a wealth of new information on inequalities in service levels. This webinar included a presentation of the main findings of the 2017 update followed by an opportunity to quiz the JMP team on the new definitions and the data gaps that need to be addressed for enhanced monitoring of WASH services in the context of the 2030 Agenda.
SuSanA hosted this webinar with Tom Slaymaker and Rick Johnston who were part of the JMP team carrying out the monitoring.
