During the first webinar the speakers will outline: the global state of hygiene, theory behind what drives behaviors change and what works / what doesn’t. Content will cover the significance of behavior change, some history of promotion approaches, recent evidence on what the presenters believe to be the key factors in determining behavior. The presenters will also introduce a behavior centered design (BCD) approach and its ABCDE Steps. The first webinar delves into the ‘A’ step (Assess): How to determine what is known and unknown about current and desired behaviors and their determinants. The second and third webinars will cover the remaining BCDE steps.
